2. CodeAchi Libcodesk Brand Ownership

CodeAchi, CodeAchi Libcodesk, Libcodesk, the CodeAchi logo, the Libcodesk product name, and related product names, designs, icons, trade dress, domain names, documentation, and brand assets are owned by CodeAchi Softwares or its licensors.

Users, resellers, partners, publishers, or third parties may not copy, modify, misrepresent, sublicense, register, or use CodeAchi Libcodesk brand assets in a way that implies ownership, official approval, endorsement, partnership, or certification unless CodeAchi Softwares has provided written authorization.

Product screenshots, names, and references may be used only for lawful, truthful, and non-misleading identification of CodeAchi Libcodesk, and must not be used to confuse users about the source of a service, payment request, software download, support channel, or license activation.

3. Identity and Social Sign-In Providers

Google and Microsoft sign-in options are offered to help users authenticate using accounts they already control. CodeAchi Libcodesk uses these services only for authentication and account access workflows.

• Google, Google Sign-In, and the Google logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Google LLC.
• Microsoft, Microsoft Sign-In, and the Microsoft logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

4. Payment Gateways

CodeAchi Libcodesk may offer online payment options through payment processors such as Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal, depending on region, currency, availability, and checkout configuration.

• Razorpay and the Razorpay logo are trademarks or brand assets of Razorpay Software Private Limited or its affiliates.
• Stripe and the Stripe logo are trademarks or brand assets of Stripe, Inc. or its affiliates.
• PayPal and the PayPal logo are trademarks or brand assets of PayPal, Inc. or its affiliates.
• Payment gateway names and logos are shown only to identify available payment options during checkout.

5. Direct Bank Transfer

Where direct bank transfer is offered, bank names, logos, account details, and transfer instructions are shown only to help users identify the intended beneficiary account and complete payment manually.

• HDFC Bank and the HDFC Bank logo are trademarks or brand assets of HDFC Bank Limited.
• Showing HDFC Bank details does not mean HDFC Bank endorses, sponsors, guarantees, or is responsible for CodeAchi Libcodesk or any subscription plan.
• Bank transfers are subject to the user's bank, intermediary bank, payment network, and applicable banking rules.
• Users should verify beneficiary details before sending funds. If there is any doubt, users should contact CodeAchi support before making payment.

6. Trademarks and Brand Ownership

All third-party names, logos, product names, service names, icons, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. CodeAchi Libcodesk does not grant users any right or license to use third-party marks displayed in our product, checkout, documentation, or website.
