1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a tenant account on CodeAchi Libcodesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Plans: We offer various plans, including a free "Community" plan and paid premium tiers.
• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selection.
• Payment Failures: In the event of a payment failure, the system will offer alternative gateways. After repeated failures, access may be restricted until payment is resolved, or a manual override may be granted by our team.

3. Subdomain Usage

Subdomains are assigned based on your chosen plan:

• Free Plan: Users receive an automatically generated ID-based subdomain.
• Paid Plans: Users may select a custom, branded subdomain, subject to availability and acceptable use policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Libcodesk for any illegal activities, including but not limited to the distribution of copyrighted material without permission, harassment, or data scraping.

6. Compliance with Local Laws

You agree to comply with all local, state, and international laws applicable to your use of Libcodesk. Specifically, US users acknowledge the CCPA/CPRA, EU users acknowledge GDPR, and Indian users acknowledge the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act where applicable.

7. Grievance Redressal
